When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.

How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:

An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)

A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).

Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

María Perales Jun 7, 2016:
Yo creo que en este caso sobre "system law" ya que está hablando del apartado en la nómina de los trabajadores. No sé refiere a la ley, si no a la cuota que se paga a este fondo en cada nómina.

The ILO itself uses "Employment Benefits Regime", although I would use "System", but either is fine, I believe.

My first option would be:
1) Employment Benefits Regime (System) (RPE in English); or
2) Retirement Benefits Regime

[Falls under the "Employment Contribution Law". I am also assuming this is Venezuela.

agree Adrian MM. (X) : looks like a UK-type National Insurance contributory pension scheme to me.

Thanks. I believe the text is from Venezuela but I may be assuming too much, but yes, it does seem to follow the UK-type scheme in some aspects.

Unemployment benefits

Yo optaría por esto otro :-)

http://www.twc.state.tx.us/jobseekers/unemployment-benefits

Find information about unemployment benefits in Texas, including eligibility requirements, how to report work and earnings, and appeal procedures.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jobseeker's_Allowance

Jobseeker's Allowance (JSA) is a form of unemployment benefit paid by the Government of the United Kingdom to people who are unemployed and actively seeking work. It is part of the social security benefits system and is intended to cover living expenses while the claimant is out of work.

Gracias!!!! :)
Peer comment(s):

neutral philgoddard : We really need Spanish references - we already know that "unemployment benefits" exists in English.

Es un apartado en una nómina. Creo que con este contexto es suficiente.
