I'm translating some marketing material from English into Italian and I need help about an expression. The expression is "fly in Email" and refers to an e-mail contained in an exercise which a Participant has to complete and which will be assessed by an Assessor.
The phrase is:

Forse potrebbe indicare semplicemente una esercitazione pratica riguardante una e-mail relativa a un "fly-in", usato in uno di questi sensi:
