مُعدلة / إعادة تسجيل Explanation: through my years of experience in working along with internal auditors, I can tell that "state" in FS and Audit Reports means to insert an entry into a book/register/...., "restate" consequently is to re-insert a modified value "misstate" is to insert a wrong value. however, if you face i.e. "Restated MoA", will for sure mean "amended" wish this will be helpful... this may be helpful also http://www.investopedia.com/terms/r/restatement.asp Example sentence(s):
