This is connected with the entry into force as of 17 March 2006 of amendments to the Law of Ukraine on Introduction of Amendments to the Law of Ukraine on Procurement of Goods, Jobs, and Services at Public Expense and Other Legal Acts of Ukraine after overcoming presidential veto, which seriously disrupts the regular functioning of the national system of public procurement.
