Честно не понимаю, что в данном контексте обозначает visible relationship, visual language и subsidiary operations. (Все эти термины расположены в последнем предложении).

ИМХО, по сути имеется в виду, что бренд должен проявляться во всем, т.е. каждая мельчайшая деталь, все действия, стратегия, взаимоотношения с филиалами и прочее должны идти в фарватере заданного бренда и отражать его абсолютно всем, включая его визуальную репрезентацию (в виде логотипов и т.п.) т.е. филиалы должны также графически, визуально транслировать свою принадлежность компании, ее ценностям, миссии и т.п. По крайней, мере я так понимаю из приведенного (могу ошибаться, конечно).

Следовательно я бы перевела, что важно "...не только выстраивание стратегических отношений между компанией и филиалами, но и визуальное представление этих отношений".
