This is from an explanatory guidelines for contract & retirement conditions & terms of a new employee, covering mainly pension details. This is from a Moroccan source, so relates to Morocco mainly.

This is a bullet point under the heading of CIMR (a Moroccan pension fund for private sector companies. The page presents a couple of tables/charts on the replacement rate of insurance against the fund of private company pensions.

Response to Asker: the concept of liquidation value is usually associated with the liquidation of financial assets.

As I explained below, most pension systems are not funded. So you cannot say that the retiring employee is liquidating the value of his/her investments in a retirement plan
