: Mada su po meni razlike stvarno minimalne, pa čak i zanemarljive (a nikako ne „innovative“), ako ćemo da sitničarimo, u pitanju nije precizirano da se radi o opasnom otpadu i o prekograničnom kretanju, a samo na to se odnosi citirana konvenc

easy to check that "planirani prevoznik otpada" is always used in the context of various regulations inspired by the Basel Convention - just because it wasn't served on a plate doesn't mean it's forbidden to do your own research ...
