English term (edited):
decrease fiddle-factor
Selected
menos fastidioso / engorroso / díficil de instalar
Decrease fiddle factor > makes the system less cumbersome to install (implant) or simply, easier to install.
So you could say
"más fácil de instalar" or "de instalación fácil" (although I can't imagine that spine surgery is ever easy ;@) )

Mi propuesta.

: I think you've misunderstood the source. It's a positive selling feature of the implant system, not something which causes a "physical limitation" (limitation of what? - the surgeon's dexterity, manoeuvrability? Not good selling points)

evitar errores innecesarios
On the significance of model errors and fiddle or fudge factors
So far nothing has been said about the role of model error as a factor affecting forecast performance.
It is possible to examine the effect on forecast of treating error as a fiddle factor so that the model has a perfect fit to the 196 data.

A fudge factor is an ad hoc quantity introduced into a calculation, formula or model in order to make it fit observations or expectations. Examples include Einstein's Cosmological Constant, dark energy, dark matter and inflation.[1]
In engineering, a "fudge factor" may be introduced to allow a margin of error in unknown quantities.

Discussion
"FIG. 171 describes another embodiment of the present invention. The device overcomes the drawbacks of the inability to easily and accurately secure existing alignment or guide systems to a desired location or position, a problem often referred to as the fiddle factor problem. The fiddle factor problem extends intraoperative time, creates surgeon frustration and can lead to implant mal-alignment due to inaccurate alignment guide or cutting guide positionings."
