Arabic term
الدائن
Arabic to English
Law/Patents
Law (general)
على الدائن إثبـات الالتزام وعلى المدين إثبات التخلص منه .
From Article 1 of Egypt's evidence law. Every definition I can find only defines دائن as a creditor (and مدين as a debtor). Here, though, دائن seems to mean "claimant" and مدين seems to mean "defendant." Any help would be appreciated.
