I can find the term Aufsteckgabel, e.g. "Walterscheid Aufsteckgabel", which appears to be a yoke, e.g.:

The term Absteckgabel seems rather evasive though. Example of context:

"Absteckgabel auf Position für Nockenwellenlager an Lagersitz 2 aufstecken"
