no tell lover
amante discreta (o según cómo, amante secreta, tu opción)

Explanation:

¿"no digas amante" o "no hables amante"?

agree  Danik 2014: To be sure!

  -> Ha-ha! Cierto. ¡Muchas gracias, Danik! :-)

agree  Charles Davis: ¿O incluso "inconfesable"? Pero "secreta" me parece bien.

-> Muchas gracias, Charles.

"Amante secreta" says "Secret Lover/Admirer" to me, which is not the same as "No Tell Lover" (which is someone who does not spill the beans; very discrete about relationships).

"No digas amante" (is one of the suggestions in the link), canción escrita por Peter Cetera, y creada por Chicago una banda de USA y reconocida como una de las bandas mas grandes en cuanto al rock en términos comerciales.

agree  Danik 2014: Interesting reference but the Portuguese translation of "No Tell Lover" doesn´t make sense: actually "amante não fale"="amante no hable". Yes, "secret lover" would be easier.

-> Thanks Danik. I don't speak Portuguese, but the ref. was only included as the sub-titles may help Yaotl when he translates the song. Again, thanks.
