qualcuno sa dirmi nel settore agricolo che tipo di macchinario è un "cutter"?

L'ho trovato in questa frase "continuous evolution in combines, cutters and potato and beet harvesters"...
a quanto pare deve essere un macchinario dotato di pneumatici in quanto l'argomento principale del testo è quello.
