En la mayor parte de los casos puede traducirse por antecedentes de o, en su acepción quirúrgica, intervención quirúrgica (previa), operado o los sufijos –ectomía o –ectomizado. ◘ Mammograms for people S/P mastectomy (mamografías [o mastografías] para las mujeres mastectomizadas); 67 y/o man s/p liver transplantation '95 (varón de 67 años sometido a trasplante hepático en 1995).
