(ب‌) (b) It is resolved that Mr. Khurram Iqbal Muhammad Iqbal, holder of Pakistani passport no. NA1337191, acting singly hereby is, authorized in the name and on behalf of Khurram Iqbal Transport L.L.C, Located at Office no. 5, Owned by Walid Ali Ibrahim Al Manaee Al Tamimi- Naif with License no.730610, to execute and deliver any and all such agreements, **side letters**, utilization requests, applications, consents, certificates, notices, instruments and other documents, to pay or cause to be paid and all fees, costs and expenses and to do or cause to be done all such other acts and things as he may deem necessary or appropriate pursuant to any of the documents mentioned above or procuring the performance and completion of any or all of the translations contemplated by or referred to in any or all of the documents mentioned above or otherwise in accordance with the purpose and authorities set forth in the preceding resolution.
