Esborso massimo in caso di smobilizzo (BrE) Maximum cost on disposal Explanation: The asker's idea of disposal looks good though I was going to agree with Linda's answer before I checked previous ProZ answers. My suggestion is predicated on the term of art: 'cost of disposal' in UK + Oz + NZ etc. accounting & tax, whilst I speculate that it may also be usable and understandable for US + Can. consumption. Example sentence(s):

\"Esborso massimo in caso di smobilizzo\" maximum payout if the contract is closed / if the position is closed Explanation: Interest rate swaps are contracts between two parties. They are over the counter contracts. There are no regulated markets on which they are traded, so you can\'t really invest or disinvest or dispose of them. You just open and close the swap/contract or the \"position\". https://www.google.co.uk/#q="closed the swap" interest rate \"esborso\" is the cash that must be paid out, a \"payout\" https://www.google.co.uk/#q="interest rate swap" "payout" |
