ich kann dieses "au plus près de... " nicht einordnen. Die Beispiele stammen aus Paris und New York, ist die Entfernung dieser beiden Städte gemeint oder kann das auch "genauer gesagt ..." heißen. Die beiden Städte sind ja auf diesen Kontinenten und nicht in der Nähe, nur relativ am Rand.

J'en viens enfin aux exemples promis et à ma chronique européenne des deux mondes. Je les choisis en effet ***au plus près de deux continents*** que l'on peut tenir pour européens, l'Europe et les États-Unis (entre Paris et New York), et de deux journaux, le New York Times et l'édition parisienne de l'International Herald Tribune.
