French term or phrase: en central « Retail »
This is part of a translation in the telecommunications field. It's part of a list with 23 items and no other context as to what the list is for. I am a little stumped by "en central" here. I realize that "central" in French can mean a telephone exchange, but I am not sure how "Retail" fits in with that, and I am torn between going the way of "centrally," the way of "telephone exchange," or something else. Thoughts? Some of the list points below, for context:

14. Création et application d’un Alignement commercial

Hi Roberta,
My first impression was that this looks like a list of tasks that might be included in a procedural description in a multinational where English is the working language and is used as jargon in translations to French inside the company. If that is the case, I feel like you do that a centralized "retail sales office" or "division" makes the decision with regard to specific target points of sale.
On the other hand, I found via Linguée a similar reference to SAP: "Dans ce cas, le nouveau prix de vente n'est pas enregistré comme conditions dans le système central Retail de SAP." This had been translated as "In this case the new sales price is not stored as conditions in the central SAP Retail system."
I don't know if this is exactly what you need, but I do hope it helps. Cheers!
