צו מניעה is any kind of restraining order (in other words, it spells out which steps are prohibited. There may be additional, specialized meanings depending on the context, but the general phrasing would probably still apply).
צו הסדרי משמורת is a translation/update of an order dealing with visitation (הסדרי ראייה) and the more general meaning under UK law (see the reference).
