N.B. I posted this phrase "Bedrijfsvoorraadpas en bevoegdhedenpas buitenland", and it has been 'removed' by "Writeaway". The instruction is to post a phrase and whereas one might perceive Bedrijfsvoorraadpas en bevoegdhedenpas buitenland as two separate terms, it may well be that it has an overall meaning i.e. as one phrase. so I find the immediate removal somewhat mystifying. A bit OTT.
So seeing as Writeaway thinks they know best, please then give the correct terms for either the whole phrase or the two separate terms. Thank you!

Asker: Yes, I did: On TC and to SENSE, simply because it's seems to be a very strange term (especially the first part of it and whereas there are lots of hits with Google, they all point in the direction of the RDW, which implies it's rather specific to them. hence my inability to find anything, despite prior research before posting,

1. Ten bewijze van de bevoegdheid voertuigen aan een keuring te onderwerpen wordt aan de keurmeester een bevoegdheidspas overeenkomstig een door de Dienst Wegverkeer vastgesteld model verstrekt. Op de bevoegdheidspas worden ten minste het pasnummer, het diplomanummer en de groep van voertuigen genoemd waarvoor de bevoegdheid voertuigen aan een keuring te onderwerpen geldt alsmede de geldigheidsduur van de pas.
2. Ten behoeve van het afmelden van een voertuig als bedoeld in artikel 44 door middel van datacommunicatie, wordt aan de keurmeester een pincode verstrekt. Deze pincode is strikt persoonlijk.
