Good morning everyone ! I am looking for the meaning of a term group in English! The group of terms is actually : "propriété d'ancrage du curseur".
I know that "ancrage" can mean "fixation", but I'm not sure that the translation would be correct.

Here is the entire text (it is the description of a software):
