Italian term or phrase: Sugherite
I'm translating descriptions of accessories for a fashion brand, these will appear on their online shop (this is pretty much all the context I have, save that sometimes an image of the item is provided). I have come across the expression "fondo liscio con lavorazione in sugherite" in the description of a handbag. I imagine "fondo" refers to the inner bottom of the bag, but I'm not sure about "sugherite", has anyone found this term before? Is it just cork or something different? Thank you in advance!

Explanation:
I have found various websites marketing bags and other products made of "cork":

http://www.borsesughero.it/lavorazione/
http://www.vivosano.com/prodotto_calzatura_R.110-93.000_Cork...
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Corkor-Shoulder-Handbag-Women-Christ...

I imagine that this could be "agglomerated cork":
http://www.amorimcork.com/en/products/catalogue/agglomerated...

but as it does not sound very nice phrased like this, I think that "cork" on its own would be good enough.
