„You make your sale off fashion and comfort“ heißt hier m.E., dass man in erster Linie auf Grundlage von [fashion] und [comfort] (wie auch immer man das hier übersetzen mag - kommt auf den Kontext an) verkauft und die Technologie erst später ins Spiel kommt. Der Käufer kauft vor allem, weil er das Produkt mag, nicht weil es so tolle Funktionen bietet oder technisch so ausgereift ist.

Man könnte es vielleicht auch mit „überzeugen“ formulieren: Sie überzeugen den Kunden mit [fashion and comfort]. Oder aber man dreht es herum und sagt, [fashion and comfort] sind es, die das Produkt verkaufen.

Von der Formulierung ist dieses „off“ hier ähnlich gebraucht wie z. B. bei „to live off something“, „to borrow something off someone“ usw.

„to make a sale/your sale“ = verkaufen
„off“ = (hier:) mit/durch

„Your sales are made off the back of fashion and comfort“ wäre eine andere Formulierung, die hier möglich wäre.
