It's "Gaceta Judicial, Tomo" all right, but AFAIK Spain doesn't have one, which is why "Spanish lawsuit" puzzled me. This form of reference is customary in Colombia, but it could be a Spanish case in which a Colombian proceeding is cited. I've seen a divorce in Spain where this happened.
So I think you'd better post the obvious and correct translation :)
