@Phil It's "Gaceta Judicial, Tomo" all right, but AFAIK Spain doesn't have one, which is why "Spanish lawsuit" puzzled me. This form of reference is customary in Colombia, but it could be a Spanish case in which a Colombian proceeding is cited. I've seen a divorce in Spain where this happened.

So I think you'd better post the obvious and correct translation :)
