In merito agli acquisti che non prevedono ordine di acquisto si è precisato che oltre alle normali tipologie di fatture fornitori esistono le seguenti particolarità:
Spese di rappresentanza per le quali si chiede il default del codice iva indetraibile
Scritture assimilabili alla registrazione di fattura e cioè bolle doganali, autofatture,etc
Fatture per utenze registrate con prima nota modello che contiene il conto e il centro di costo
Fatture per canoni leasing, registrare con prima nota modello che contiene il conto, il centro di costo e il numero di contratto (in un campo non controllato)
Fatture per canoni di noleggio auto lungo termine che sono registrate con il dettaglio del singolo utilizzatore (campo controllato), conto e centro di costo.
