I think that is some kind of play on words (most probably, not intentional, the speaker just seems a little bit too agitated) involving the degrading names Russians use for Ukraine "окраина" and, probably, the name of the type of a military shelter the Ukrainian Insurgent Army used against Russians in the 50's. |

Kryjivka Explanation: It is Ukrainian криївка in a Russian attempt to transcribe, in Ukrainian it means Схованка. || Місце таємного зберігання чогось або перебування когось; потайник, сховок. In Russian it means 1) убежище, укрытие 2) (место, предназначенное для, скрытного хранения чего-нибудь или тайного пребывания кого-нибудь) тайник, помещение с потайным входом, служащее для хранения чего-либо или для укрытия кого-либо.
