I am wondering how best to translate "registro febril." Below are three instances and note that it is even abbreviated to "un registro."
Se asume como VAP a MSSA. Completa 9 dias de tratamiento antibiótico endovenoso (total) (con de-escalamiento a Piperacilina-tazobactam), sin presentar nuevo registro febril y con disminución de parámetros inflamatorios.
El día 27/04/14 presentó un registro de 37.9°C:

El paciente continuo en ARM internado en UTI con registros febriles y con inestabilidad hemodinámica con TA y FC variable,

: I don't think you need "recurrence" ... I'd say "fever" is all he needs to put into his translation. //"nuevo" makes it "new" fever
