English term or phrase: the less mayhem zone

Research by Dr. Leon James at the University of Hawaii revealed five levels of aggressive driving:
THE UNFRIENDLY ZONE.
This is just the beginning.
...
THE LESS MAYHEM ZONE.
An example of this fourth step would be pursuing another driver in a chase because of provocation or insult.
THE MAJOR MAYHEM ZONE.
In this final step, the driver would go as far as getting out of the car and beating or battering someone as a result of a road exchange.

mindre kalabalikzonen

Explanation:
Tror nog att "less" här lika väl kunde vara "lesser" - alltså mindre el liknande.

Sen kunde man säga "större kalabalikzonen" för sista nivån.
