Consejero de Relaciones Humanas y Citas de Pareja

My take on it.

I decided to be a bit more specific for the sake of making it clear and obvious from the getgo. I do like the now popular term "guru" and I would probably use it to replace "consejero". There are many types of relationships so I inserted Humanas. When it comes to "citas" in certain countries this term has a certain improper connotation to the current context so I added Pareja to make it clear we're talking about couples and not one night stands.

agree  Thomas Cromwell: I prefer avoiding imported words when there is a perfectly good Spanish word for the same thing, so "asesor" or similar is better, IMHO.

Explanation:
If I could, I would change it to "el gurú sobre citas y relaciones" given the context, but it's up to you :)
Hope it helps,
Gloria

agree  Thomas Cromwell: "Gurú" is a great solution, though your version of the sentence might need some minor tweaks. Much better than "instructor".
