Acylphenetidines.
Most probably originally a plural: Acylphenetidinen. Acylphenetidines are phenetidines (ethoxyaminobenzenes) with some acyl group attached. Acyl groups are substituents derived from organic acids. Acetophenetidine is one example of an acylphenetidine where acetyl is the acyl group.
