English to Russian Bus/Financial Law: Contract(s)

The Contractor will check the quantity of goods received to be in line with the Source Suppliers delivery documentation and will make sure that the number of boxes/packages delivered matches the quantity advised (box quantity x number of boxes). For certainty of this Agreement, the Contractor will not check the quantities within boxes/packages.
