English term

English to Chinese Law/Patents Law (general) law
This is a remote risk for credit derivative transactions governed by English and New York law and structured in accordance with the Opinion of Leading Counsel obtained by ISDA ( i.e., the payout is not dependent on the credit protection buyer actually incurring a loss).

括号里的话( the payout is not dependent on the credit protection buyer actually incurring a loss)该如何理解呢?

clearwater Apr 17, 2014:
Eureka Yeung (asker) Apr 17, 2014:
clearwater Apr 17, 2014:

至于下一句 “ the payout is not dependent on the credit protection buyer actually incurring a loss”

payout =保险赔偿金
