Flemish to English translations [PRO]

Flemish term or phrase: doorstromingsafdeling
"Ondergetekende, dhr. ABC, bevestigt dat ... geboren te [plaats] op [datum] het getuigschrift van hoger secundair onderwijst heeft behaald in het algemeen secundair onderwijst in de ondeverdeling: XYZ
afdeling: 123
op [datum]"

Under the above sentence where 'afdeling' appears, there is a wee sentence containing the following information:

"enkel voor type 1 te vermelden: doorstromingsafdeling of finaliteitsafdeling"

It is my understanding that this is a stream of higher secondary education in preparatin for higher tertiary eduation, but is there an official translation for this term somewhere?
