Ivan Klyun’s text on ”Cubism as a Pictorial Method” and Malevich’s article on ”Form, Colour and Sensation” possess very different creative viewpoints. Both essays were published under the rubric ”Discussion Section”, and in the case of Malevich to disclaimers that the editors understood the mystical nature of the artist, but they wished to demonstrate that ”formal problems are not a self-sufficient foundation or starting point in designing the new architecture”.
