Wind down
Assets and liabilities that are not sold or run-off in the resolution period, will be transferred to the Group. Once the core financial and operational resolution is complete, there will likely remain formal activities, such as surrender of licenses, which will take place over a wind down phase.

A residual amount of equity will remain to help fund wind down operations and fulfill any related party obligations.
