  ->  Насколько я понимаю, мутагенез не метят , а изучают с помощью меток, как описано в примере 1 по указанной ссылке.
disagree  Arkadii Marchenko: не, прочитайте описание в википедии http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signature-tagged_mutagenesis это ближе назвать "мутагенез с использованием уникальных последовательностей в качестве меток", но это очень приблизительный перевод
