I checked some legal dictionaries, such as (Faruqi's Law Dictionary), and there was nothing like "Discovery Documents".
There is only "Discovery" and it referes as:
في الاجراءات: كشف النقاب عن وقائع أو مستندات لم تكن معروفة من فبل

Also, the source text 'could' be bady written or not clear enough, which you should inquire for more information from the source if you can.
The service dosen't sound well. I think is could be better to say: "Legal Discovery & Document Organization"
