Questo nel caso il Licensor abbia intenzione (intention) di accettarla. Ho girato la frase per evidenziare meglio che è "self". Non ho idea di cosa possa contenere l'offerta, a parte il purchase price, ma se la mia ipotesi è corretta, nelle frasi precedenti questa, dovresti trovare la possibilità che qualcuno si offra di acquistare (la tecnologia licenziata?, l'azienda del Licensor?, tutti i Licencees?...) ad un certo prezzo di acquisto. |
