Si sta parlando dei sei stili di leadership basati sull'intelligenza emotiva, e in questo caso si tratta di "affiliative leaders: they generate emotional bonds and harmony".

Non riesco a trovare un aggettivo (uno solo, dato che si tratta di un titolo da inserire in una slide e quindi ho limitazioni di spazio) in grado di trasmettere l'idea. Tra l'altro, il termine in inglese mi sembra quanto meno fantasioso, quindi potrei avere anch'io una discreta libertà di manovra.
