English term or phrase: General local government debt to revenue ratio
Hi!

I'm translating a text on social vulnerability to environmental hazards.

There is a table with the names of some of the variables that were analyzed and their descriptions. "General local government debt to revenue ratio" is the explanation of one those variables.

I have found something like "relación/coeficiente deuda pública general-ingresos". But I've got the feeling that I'm missing something.

I hope you can come up with some suggestions.

Excuse me: I originally meant to say "proporción"/"relación", and when I decided to keep just "relación", I left "proporci" by mistake. Sorry!

So what I suggest is "Relación entre las deudas y loos ingresos generales del gobierno local."
