In das Gesellschaftervermögen können ja bekanntlich sowohl Kapitaleinlagen, als auch Sacheinlagen eingesetzt werden. Ein Gesellschafter legt bspw. ein Grundstück oder eine Maschine von 10.000 TL Wert als Sacheinlage in das Gesellschfterkapital ein und bekommt im Gegenzug entsprechende Anteile.
