JurLex has since been updated! Hello everyone. A while back, I emailed the author of the Juridisch-Economisch Lexicon a question about these terms as I was having trouble understanding the translations then presented in his dictionary. After an email exchange, he decided to update the terms as follows:

1. WIA-bodemverzekering = income shortfall insurance for employees suffering from partial invalidity

2. WGA-hiaatverzekering = shortfall insurance supplementary to the Return to Work (Partially Disabled Persons) Regulations; WGA shortfall insurance

3. WIA-excedentverzekering = additional income insurance supplementary to benefit paid under the Work and Income (Capacity for Work) Act; WIA additional income insurance
