French to English Medical Medical: Cardiology Blood test
In a list of blood electrolytes. It could be a name of course but there is no context. Anyone any ideas? Never seen this before.

The usual elements follow: Sodium, Pottasium, Chlorine etc

Based on Liz's find, I think it must be bilirubine non-conjuguée:

"La bilirubine non conjuguée (libre ou indirecte) est transportée par l'albumine jusqu'au foie où elle est conjuguée, principalement à l'acide glucuronique. La bilirubine conjuguée est alors sécrétée dans les canalicules biliaires, puis atteint l'intestin grêle.

La bilirubine présente physiologiquement dans le plasma est majoritairement non conjuguée."
