ЭНЕРГИЯ-II is described as a космический аппарат in several references.
As it's a carrier rocket, I don't think I'd call it a spacecraft.

"ЭНЕРГИЯ-КА-II" = Enegria-KA-II
с КА в орбитальных позициях 99 в.д. и 112 в.д. - КА = SC - spacecraft

probably it is confusing, but the text is about satellite communication system Energia-KA-II, not a launch vehicle (the system was manufactured by Energia-Telecom company). KA here in the name means it is a spacecraft (satellite), not a launch vehicle Energia-II. then in brakets the orbital positions of the satellites of the system are given (the launch vehicle has trajectory, not orbital position)
