este vorba de directiva privind platile de dobanzi si de redevente care vorbeste despre aplicarea directivei la sediile permanente din statele membre ale UE.
termenul folosit pentru sediile permanente este "permanent establishments". m-am gandit ca e o eroare si ca ar putea si company headquarters, dar si asa headquaters ar fi tot sediu permanent sau central, nu? si in conditiile astea, care e de fapt diferenta?
