Si tratta di un contratto per lo sfruttamento di una cava.
La concessione deve essere data dalle autorità e in caso di non ottenimento della concessione, il contratto verrà risolto.

Asker: Bonjour Francine, je sais bien que la question (et la réponse) sont déjà sur KudoZ. D'ailleurs, je l'ai écrit dans ma question. A vrai dire, dans la question/réponse sur KudoZ il manque la partie "rinunciata". Le problème c'est que je n'arrive pas à bien l'adapter à ma phrase.
