Vraagstelling is voor HP, en het antwoord geeft alleen maar aan dat dit (volgens mij) voor "hoge druk" staat. Waar het verder betrekking op heeft kan ik niet zeggen zonder meer informatie of context.

I'd go for "(H)and (P)ump" (handpomp)

"koelvloeistoftesters" (antifreeze testers) are usually fitted with some kind of manually operated pumping apparatus on the self-testing kits, no?

Hand pumps are used for either for pumping in antifreeze or testing the pressure, and some models may require one end to be screwed into where the cap would be so as to seal off one end. That would seem to make sense to me.

Just a guess, but plenty of viable references to be found.
