Cystoscopy examination

I can see "tertius lobus" exists also in English (although it is mostly used in Nordic texts) and that the explanation that is given is "extra lobe". However, the number of hits is far lower than what would normally make me comfortable. Anyone more knowledgeable?

I think this means an enlarged median lobe (of prostate). If the median lobe is not enlarged it is not a distinct third or extra lobe.

perhaps some use of the terms tertiary lobe or third lobe
