bondiola, Saùc Explanation: The bondiola is an extraordinay sausages product with the meat muzzle of the pork, just like musetto, but in addition we find here peaces of tongue and intenal muscle of the pork. This typical product have to be cooked over very slowly and with low fire, plunging it in a frying pan with cold water for about 2-3 hours. Its taste is really incomparable!
