a = annum (or the plural thereof)? I forget my Latin, but this would fit. You have to keep medical records virtually forever so I would think that service records on a medical device would be close to that.

Not that I am aware of, Andrew. It's a German audit firm auditing a German medical device company. It's for ISO certification, if that helps.
