EXCLUSION DAMAGE/INJURY EMPLOYEES FOREIGN INSUREDS
In respect of insureds established outside the Netherlands it is stipulated that if at the place and time of the causation of the damage/injury in the relation between employer/employee insurance of the liability is compulsory by means of any rule or law then this insurance will only cover the difference in conditions and will cover in excess of what should have been insured or in excess of what has been insured should this exceed the compulsory insurance.
